I live in a small town and am trying ti be a vegetarian. Anyone got any meal ideas. I just don't want to go hungry. Thanks for the help.

This is a good place to start, if you're looking for recipes. Really, though, it's pretty easy to just cook a lot of the same things you always did, and either leave the meat out or replace it with fake meats or beans. As long as you're eating a variety of vegetables every day, it's hard to not meet your nutrient requirements. A site like nutritiondata or fitday can help you make sure. I can't tell from your question if you cook for yourself or if you live with meat-eaters, but if it's the latter, it's handy to keep some veggie burgers and veggie chk'n patties in the freezer. They're pretty good at filling in the blank when your family makes pork chops and sides, or something similar.
